You are always welcome to make a consultation with us. We will recommend you the model which suits your requirements the best.

How can I do the payment?

You can pay on delivery. We accept cash, cheque, Visa/Master credit card and American Express credit card.

In what country was this product made?

Our products are 100% made in Korea.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

It takes 2-3 working day to deliver the machine to you once the order is confirmed.

How long does the installation take?

It varies based on the different household but it normally takes 40-60 mins for the water purifier/bidet/water softener.

What are the differences between buying a machine and renting a machine?

If you buy a product, we will provide you with a one-year free membership. You can join our membership afterwards. If you rent a product, we will provide free membership throughout the whole contract period. The ownership of the product will be transferred to you after the rental contract ends. You can consider joining the membership afterwards. You can pay monthly when you rent a product. So, you don’t need to spend a big amount of money in the beginning. However, when you buy a product, there will be a one-off payment.

When will the technician come to install the machine?

Our technician working time is from 9 a.m to 6 p.m Monday to Saturday

Do I get any warranty after purchasing?

Yes, we provide one-year free membership. For more details of the membership, please refer to HERE.

How can I extend my membership?

We will send out the membership extent letter to you before your existing membership expires. You can sign the new contract and return it back to us.
